I absolutely adore this family! Davis and Liesl have the cutest kids and I was so thrilled to take their family photos. Taking photos in a field on a crisp day was just what the soul needed. Give me all the chubby cheeks and tickles to capture. I loved how their photos turned out and I would take their photos again in a heartbeat. I love the raw and deep emotion both Davis and Liesl have towards each other and their kids. I wanted to capture every detail big and small.

The Lahti Family

It’s always a treat and a privilege to take photos of family. The Lahti family are people I adore whole heartedly. They speak love and truth to their little ones and Jared and Brittany’s love for each other is unshakeable. In fact, Jared and Brittany are high school sweethearts! Jared is in the Navy so of course we had to get a couple of him in his uniform! We tromped over to Bemidji State Park at the waterfront where it was a bit chilly at 45 degrees. The boys were getting anxious for donuts after the fact, and they did so great!
